Deliveroo's policy paper to the Irish government

Deliveroo has called on the Government to take urgent action on issues including rent, VAT, the furlough scheme and capital costs, to help restaurants that will reopen with reduced capacity due to the safety measures put in place to combat COVID-19. You can read the letter to the Prime Minister here that was signed by 90 restaurant partners and the full policy paper here.

Let customers know you're open for business

Use our #heretodeliver hashtag to remind customers know that you’re still open for deliveries. We’ve provided images and videos to help you promote your restaurant on social media. WHO guidelines

You can find the latest World Health Organisation information and the Health Service Executive of Ireland. Along with maintaning the strictest possible hygine practices, protection measures also include: social distancing between restaurant staff and riders, double-sealing of delivery bags and contact-free deliveries.
