The world is changing, so we’re changing with it. Welcome back your dine-in customers with 0% commission for Table Service.

We're also offering 0% commission on all Pickup orders when you sign up to Table Service, for a limited period*.

*2% service fee applies on Table Service and Pickup orders. Fees are subject to VAT. Pickup promotion runs from 15 July to 15 October 2020 in the UK & Ireland.

If you’re an existing partner, there's no additional sign up fee.

If you’re new to Deliveroo, choose how to partner with us during sign up:

  • £50 one-off activation fee (VAT not included) when you use your own device to receive and print orders - we recommend a laptop or tablet
  • £298 one-off activation fee (VAT not included) when you receive your orders on our all-in-one tablet and printer solution

Table Service is available at 0% commission for the next 12 months. There will be a 2% service fee applied to all orders. If the pricing changes at the end of 12 months, you will have the option of opting-out from the service

Yes, you can offer Table Service and not Pickup. These are two different services.

You can also offer Table Service without our Delivery services.

Yes - our Table Service & Pickup services are available to all new and existing partners (whether you’re a restaurant, cafe, pub or hotel).

No, we’re unable to provide live order support for Table Service.

We ask that any issues other than refunds which arise should be resolved with the customer at your own discretion.

You don’t have to offer Delivery. It’s up to you - we believe that customers will love the choice and convenience if you offer Pickup, Table Service and Delivery.

Orders appear as usual on your tablet or your own device, with a Table Service time for preparation.

Yes, should you need it we can provide you with a list of customers who’ve dined at your restaurant using Table Service.

Yes. Your prices for Table Service & Pickup will however need to be the same.

After joining the waitlist for Table Service and Pickup, we will ask you to submit prices that reflect your dine-in menu.

If you don’t provide us with these prices we will assume that you are happy to offer your Delivery prices for Table Service & Pickup.
