A new ROM and an improved algorithm

Over the past few months, we’ve been slowly launching small improvements to our logistics technology to help our riders arrive at your restaurant just in time. We’ve also improved the accuracy of our prep times based on real restaurant behaviour.

Changes to your daily operations

You should notice some changes with our improved prep time estimates, as well as more reliable pickup times. Aim for this pick-up time, as riders will arrive the moment the food is ready, which means fewer complaints about late or lukewarm food. So your customers get their food exactly when they expect.
