Group Ordering
Order your favourites, with your favourites
You can now place group orders with your team. Simply share your order link and let your colleagues add their own dish, before checking out. Now your team gets to eat what they want, together.
Step 1
Choose your restaurant and select "Start group order".
Step 2
Share your order link with your colleagues so they can add their dish to your basket.
Step 3
Items will be added to your basket alongside their name. You can review the basket and add or remove orders before checking out.
Step 4
Once everyone has ordered, check-out using your Company Allowance toggle and your group order will be on its way!
Frequently asked questions
How many people can contribute to the group order basket?
There is a maximum limit of 100 people
How long can the group order stay open for once the link has been created?
The Group order link will be valid for 24 hours. If the order has not been placed within 24 hours, the items in the basket will be emptied
How will we know who has ordered what when we receive the order?
The restaurant will receive an order slip with everyone's names next to their ordered items. Most restaurants will attach this list with your order so you can easily distinguish who has ordered what
My group order is very large, will it be delivered by multiple riders?
We can offer a single delivery service via van if:
- Your order is over £250
- The order is scheduled for next day delivery
- Your order is placed using your Deliveroo for Business company allowance
